DVD 2 2DVD with new sound

I'm trying to take some video from a normal DVD, delete some frames and mix it together with a now sound-file.
When I convert DVDs to DivX I use DVD2AVI+VFAPI and VirtualDUB. Maybe I can use the same way and frameserve it to TMPEGEnc to reencode the cut video. But for me it wasn't possible to frameserve the video to TMPEGEnc.
Can anybody help my with that way or any other way to do the job?
    Thanx, Jan.

The alternative would appear to be to simply manually open TMPGEnc and "drag and drop" the file(s) onto its main window...

I use VD, because I need to rearrange some frames/scenes in the video. I think that is not possible with TMPEGEnc. And I dont want to save the video as uncompressed RGB or with any lossy codec, so I tried to us the frameserving.

        Been there Did That

Rip DVD main movie to hard drive (DVD decreptor)

Use DVD2AVI to select the clips you want (do this as many times as nessery) Save all clips as D2V project (ie proj 1..2..3..ect.
This will demux your clips and won't lose quality.

I use TMPenc to merge the clips into the order I want and add the auido I want.

Rencode to DVD, SVCD or VCD.
