Compiling In VRO File Format

Does anyone know of any programmes that can output in VR format? Going from .VRO to DVD-R is relatively easy given Moviestudio 2 and other such programmes allow it to be imported (and, whatever, it is simple to run a demux on the .VRO file) but do any authoring programmes allow you to output in VR Mode which could then be burnt to a DVD-RAM or DVD-RW?

Don't know if this answers your question but, from the "Help" files of TMPGEnc DVD Author:

"You can add a DVD-Video previously authored by TMPGEnc DVD Author or a DVD-Video recorded in DVD-VR mode on a DVD recorder or on a DVD-RAM recorder as a clip."
