    premiere and nero

    I am trying to auther either a high quality svcd or a dvd, i have flash files which I am exporting to .mov, which I am bringing into premier, once on the timeline I use the mpeg encoder to export. (in Ireland so I do everything in PAL)

    when I use the SVCD or DVD settings in premiere i get the quality I want, nice, however I cant import them into nero, i get the message

    "internal error in CVCD Doc::IsProperMediaItem:C:\filename.mpg"

    So I try to use TMPGEnc to try to re-encode them but this calls them invalid files, and wont work with them.

    What I have to resort to is exporting them from premiere as mpg layer 1 and then bringing them into TMPGEnc to re-encode them as mpeg layer 2, they are then accepted by nero, however at a cost, as the quality is not great. does any1 gave any pointers, have tried exporting as a high quality .avi and bringing that into TMPGEnc, however for some reason exporting as an avi i lose a lot of frames. ???

    need help on this.
