Can this be done?

I've created 2 movies with their full structure (chapters,languages, menus & subtitles) and both together are small enough to fit onto a 4.7GB DVD-R.
Would it be possible to create a DVD movie disc that starts by playing my own intro/logo clip and then leads to a menu page that gives a choice of which movie to select WITHOUT losing the movies structures, and what software/s would be best and/or easiest to achieve this?

To Oriphus

As much as I enjoy using TMPGEnc DVD Author, I didn't recommend it to rogue because, among other things:

1) It doesn't support subtitles

2) It doesn't support multiple languages

and

3) As far as I've determined, it doesn't support pointing a menu to a menu
