      To slarty

You're fairly new (3 posts) here, so I'll just point out to you that this sub-forum is for postings regarding actual DVDs.

You'd probably fare better by posting your question in the P2P sub-forum here, since it's devoted to problems regarding downloaded videos...

        to setarip:

...... since you have noticed that the guy is fairly new to the forum
you could have at leatest been giving him some basic information
and then redirect him to the right forum. I know that you don´t like to deal with P2P problems, but since many digital video pro´s
start out as simple downloaders these days........!!!! I also know
that most out of sync problems in displaying videos are due
to some bad configuration... as you know as well. I also know that you are aware of the solution.

so giving a hint before you give advices on right forums might be a good idea since it would represent the same politeness that you expect when someone is dealing with you!!! even "our friend" as you called him
answers to your requests with a certain politeness.........!!!!!

        am I wrong??

(I guess I'll wash this piece of my laundry in public)

I believe I've provided a polite response, as well as an appropriate direction.

I am personally loathe to provide any information regarding questions arising from P2P activity(although I'm sure I've occasionally "slipped" by virtue of an oversight). I feel the same way regarding any posts indicating that problems have arisen while using "other-than-properly-obtained" software...

**Edit** I just happened to notice that "our friend" has responded to a duplicate (in "General") of the initial post of this thread as follows:

"reading the forum might give you an idea that your machines specs as well as the player in use MIGHT be worth looking at when it comes to async playback."

I guess we can graciously "agree to disagree" and leave it at that - So that we don't "hijack" this thread any more than we already have.

(Don't want to have a new poster frightened away by "two crazy guys" ;>})
