TMPGEnc DVD Authoring requirements

I just found out about this seemingly excellent program but saw on their website that the OS requirement is win2000/Xp/ or NT.

Would it still be functional/work if I tried it with Win98 SE??

I like the fact that you can add 2 dvd movies to 1 dvd-r using only the .vob files and create a menu too.

That limitation is ONLY regarding the use of the built-in burning tool. Other than that, the authoring program is FULLY functional under Win98SE...
