    authoring on a DVDRW disk

I have the HITACHI GD7500 dvdrom drive. I athored trough DVDlab a movie and burned the VIDO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders on a DVD-rw which plays on my apple MAC titanium laptop (MACOSX, 1ghz cpu, 1ghz RAM), but on my PC this DVDROM drive just wont see it. What might be wrong? Firmware? Im lookin everywhere for an update but cannot locate anything concerning the GD7500, has anyone had same problem? DVDrom drives not beeing able to read DVDRW disks? PLZ HELP!

    my pc config is, WINXPproffessional SP1a, Athlon 1ghz, 512 ram, Radeon8500LE 128mb

It's possible that your PC's DVD ROM recognizes DVD+R but not DVD-R...

        -RW is the rewritable -R
similarly +RW is the rewritable +R
you need to check the spec of your DVDROM
This isn't a learning curve ... this is b****y mountaineering!
