is an ifo editor out there?

the other day I was copying a dvd that had the main movie in fullscreen and widescreen versions. I decided to keep the widescreen movie and the extra features, and discarde the fullscreen version, but the problem, obviously, is that the ifo files still show the screen asking for the movie version you want to see.

Innocently I tried to edit the ifo with notepad, expecting some script similar to xml or something chaining the vobs but instead I found a binary code

I tried to find an ifo editor on the net but so far I couldn't find any... is there such thing out there? or a freeware program to start a new one from scratch?
codecs.. all the codecs you can get...
    what for? anime! what else?

    Try a program called IFOEdit.
