What is the best DVD to DIVX Software???

I have just started to get into the DVD to DIVX scene and would like to know what the best all in one packages there are out there.

I have tried easydivx and divxmachine and the sound always seems to be off.

Is there a package that will do it all for you in one felt swoop so you do not have to use several packages?

Also it does not have to be just DIVX out put. It can be mpg. I am just looking for the best possible solution.
