Rempeg2 .m2v doesn't sync with .ac3, Help ?

Hi i have a dvd of size 6.01 GB and have used DVD - DVD-R Guide to split the vob files from the dvd to .M2V (5.4 GB) and .ac3 (3.7MB ) and using ReMPEG2 am able to shrink the .M2V file (movie) to (4.01 GB) but the .ac3 file is still (3.7 Mb) for which am not able to sync the movie with the .ac3,

Can sombody please tell me what should i do?
