    Help please. DVD editing question.

If I have the copy of a dvd but the quality is not all that good
is it possible for me to increase the picture quality by re-encoding
with TMPGenc, and if so how?
    Thanks for the help.

No, not really. You still can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear, nor can you turn lead to gold...

It is worth clarifying this a bit. Some software, Studio 9 for example, provides tools to brighten/darken the lighting and to adjust the color somewhat. However, the most common problem, poor resolution, can't be fixed as far as I know.
