    Titlewriter1.3 beta

    Revisions:
Added support to add titles to individual Vts titlesets (up to 20)
Removed text length restrictions (The overall list has a 1536 char limit)
    added backup Video_ts.ifo checkbox
it will now handle VIDEO_TS.IFO's that have multiple titlessets, menus etc.
It will now handle video_ts.Ifo's that already have a textdata segment

To use: fill in fields, fill in at Your Title Here >>Add (Once is required) The first table entry is the DVDtitle - subsequent entries title the titleset files in order.

    Check backup or not
    And hit the button

So far in testing all have played without IFOEDIT>>Get VTS Sectors - But I did notice that that step made modifications.

FYI - Also noticed that sometimes IFOEDIT>>Get VTS sectors makes modifications if run right after shrinking.

Anybody know A good source for changing First Play using just IFOEdit? - I looking at adding it to proggie

"Anybody know A good source for changing First Play using just IFOEdit? - I looking at adding it to proggie"

Are you asking how to change the First Play by only using IFOEdit? If so, all you need to do is open up VIDEO_TS.IFO, expand VMGM_MAT, highlight First Play PGC, and in the lower window scroll down to the PGC Command Table...

Provider ID can go up to 32 chars, http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.ph...34#post415534, and Company ID can go up to 14. They should be in CAPs.

On a separate note, can you add a feature to automatically display existing Company ID and Titles that already exist in the IFO?

Wingerz - I'm guessing 1 titleset on shown dvd - you didn't put in a name for titleset 1 so it defaults to whatever was on the original template (cut from insomnia)- I'm simply stomping/or adding on existing? table then altering strings and doctoring offsets - not authoring a new table. Not pretty method but it works. Pretty it up (somewhat) later in final. Displaying existing company Id /provider is fairly easy - titleset titles is considerably harder. Have to analyze all possible types of existing table (think floating offsets) - I'll look into it
I'm using 0 dec in text table for company/provider I'll add new field and split them up with modified length limits and forced caps
              in final

                Titlewriter is very, very promising.
FallenAngel: thanks again for sharing your work
                Best regards
PS: if I may suggest a new and different feature usefull for jukebox owners, that would be generating jacket _P folder and files from a given *.bmp or jpg.

Actually, I did put in the BEIJING_BICYCLE as the Title - my comment refers to the part:

                  [000000fc] Name: ING_BICYCLE 48 0 1 44 [30 00 01 2c ]
                  [00000100] : CLE 240 0 1 52 [f0 00 01 34 ]

where things appear to be cut off at the beginning.

There was an existing title that was replaced by my title (but they are of the same length).

                    Thanks for the update.

It doesn't seem to be able to read IFO's that already have text. I tried it on a DVD that had text but, i didn't know it had it. The software either said's 'cannot create IFO file' or just exits.

I tried it on a DVD with a menu and no text and it worked fine.

NWG - the only can't create Video_ts.Ifo file message I use is after alter Ifo's step - is this when it happened?. You weren't by chance opening a dvd were you

The DVD (with menu) was on the hard disk. I clicked on alter ifo and got that message.

I have tried it on several other DVD's and it has worked wonderfully.

This is the old way to add text, which I couldn't do sucessfully.

nwg - just finished using it on 6 ifo's that had text - with/ without menus worked fine - badly confused - can you put the ifo that didn't work on a reply

The DVD is Returner. It should have Returner in the text. It was aleady in the video_ts but I didn't know when I was trying to put Returner in it. If the same text is already in the IFO, could that be the reason why it failed?
