menus and subtitles

im trying to create a dvd with menus and subtitles from an avi file.
is this possible?

i am using tmpgenc dvd author to create menus and i have my subtitles in sup format. i know that tmpgenc dvd author does not support subtitles
and i dont know if it is possible to add subtitles to a pre-existing movie with menus using ifoedit.

i have looked over many guides and did a search on threads but could not find anything conclusive,

so is it possible to have subtitles and custom menus and if so how would i go about this?

If I remember correctly, you'll have to use BOTH VOBEdit and IFOEdit to accomplish this...
