    editing clips and so on...

Didnt know how to title this question....but here is what I am seeking info on:

Using Mpeg Video Wizard and TmpegDVD Author:

I have added menu's to a DVD that didnt have menus, and I had to edit the Mpeg2 files, adding titles to certain area of the clips, also added transitions during the boring parts, so while I did that to each clip, I created 7 mpeg clips out of the 3 that were used.

Question is that during playback, on standalone, using the "play all tracks" section, the clips end hard going into the next track, instead of seamless. Could I create one entire clip after cutting it up, adding titles, transitions and use that as the "play all tracks" file?

I tried to add a transition at the end of a clip but MVW wont allow it, it has to be "between" 2 clips. Is there something else I can use to apply a transition after clip to make seamless?

    Thanks,

If the video and audio formats of ALL of the clips (including the transitions) are the same, you can load them all into ONE track in "TMPGEnc DVD Author"...

ok, just went thru the Tmpeg DVD author and did what you said, but I didnt like the way it turned out. So I am going to play a little bit more and see what I like.

              Thanks

Does this mean that my suggestion didn't work properly, or you just didn't like the menu and chapter presentations that you chose?

No wasnt you, just didnt like the way it turned out, the menu/chapters thing. Going to try using DVD-Lab and see how that turns out.

I took the 3 ripped mpv files from DVD, and merged them all together, adding transitions, and titles to the clips. then exported back to Mpeg2, and inseted that file into the TMPEG DVD Auth, then opened the clip, cut and inserted menus, and pushed it out.

I just didnt like it. so that is why I am going to try different stuff, see what jiggles my brain.
