I am considering replacing my VCR with a stand alone DVD recorder.
Is there a way to edit on a computer a DVD made from TV on a stand alone DVD recorder?
Is the format of a DVD made with a stand alone DVD recorder the same as a purchased DVD?

On Roxio 7 yes, not on Sonic Foundry Vegas, Sonic my DVD, Sonic DVDit etc, they don,t support .vob files & AC3 audio.
