No picture after converting to mpeg from avi

Hi All,

I have a problem when converting an avi film to mpeg using TMPGEnc 2.5

I have converted avi films before using TMPGEnc, but this film goes blank when converting in TMPGEnc.
Here is the avi information using VirtualDubMod.

Make CERTAIN that you have BOTH an XviD (different than DivX) codec and the FFDShow Filter installed...

Thanks , I downloaded and installed both XviD codec and FFDShow filter. Great ! now the movie plays, only problem now is little black blocks appear randomly over the picture is it anything i might be doing or not doing ?.
