What Ver are you running -- First line of Log --and did you download file from

      Your statement
      create folder
intrigues me -- you mean Create Menu right(you are correct that its creating a folder) I assume files are present in your source\Video_ts\Titlewriter\menu\video_ts

was your source vts_folder a playable compliant DVD compiliation (Say a movie or two created by a transcoder)
(Typically -- a badly authored source is usually the problem in a crash of this nature)

In Make Menu did you tinker or go straight to Create Menu

I'll assume you got a message saying essentially "Menu created and applied ..."

Then ticked the Add Menu checkbox and then save Changes

PS reducing dvdtext is pretty much a silly option now. I'm allocatiing up to 32Kb for it and it always takes at least 2Kb-- And I don't think anyone will ever dork that

Did you see on the very bottom line (status) a "%" complete -- (You may not have been able to it May have been to fast to follow)

You screenshot pretty much answered all above questions
You did everything right -- Are you Pal or NTSC
if NTSC pls zip up video_ts folder from ..source\titlewriter\menu\video_ts
and I'll add the menu at this end and look deeper -- This shouldn't be happening

Yes, I ment create menu - sorry

I'm PAL but ther source is from a friend and is "movie-only" How can I see if PAL or NTFS?

I have tried 4.13, 4.14 and now 4.15 and yes, downloaded from http://www.dvdshrink.info/titlewriter

I have tried to "reprocess" compiliation thru dvd shrink (successfully) but no change in titlewriter success.

Last entry in log-windows after pushing Save Changes is: Processing \VTS_01_0.IFO

First, I would like you please to confirm the source is not copyrighted materials. If so, we can not help.

            Second, all Europe is PAL.

Third, we can not discuss DVD Shrink on this forum. Please see this post by admin and observe rule 19.

            Thanks very much.

I know the rules. I'm always using personal backups for my kidz and for streaming, that's why a need a menu for "movie-only" backups.

I didn't discussed DVD Shrink, I just explained how I tested my source files for possible corruption in compiliation.

I confirmed beta in post #421 and 429 about window.
It is improved about 1 point of 2.
(1)Advanced Mode directly : viewer is not shifted and Happyface window is not squre and not cut off.
(2)Advanced Mode from Wizard Mode : viewer is shifted, but Happyface window is not squre and not cut off. (Before squre and cut off)
It seems to be by that Happyface window is not always squre even when Wizard Mode.

                    Regards.

so the viewer is still covering up options when going from wizard to advanced.
The wizard window was originally skinnier then the advanced window.

Okay just uploaded todays attempt in TitleWriterTestbed.zip
                        I'm invalidating at every step
                        From Wizard to Advanced
                        1. Is the Main Window clipped on the right?
                        2. Is the viewer shifted left and down

Could I pls have another screenshot of the whole Simplify window -- I can't believe I'm having no effect at all

Gods -- How can you read the screen at the higher res. Seems hard on my eyes

Thanx tetsuro_ja -- that screenshot told me alot

                            And another testbed uploaded
To whomever -- If its screwed up from Wizard to Advanced Pls go back into Wizard then back into advanced and see if it moves farther left and down from prior screw up
In other words is the window fixed at the bad loc or does it move farther away each time you go from Wizard to Advanced.

This is baffling -- those windows are totally stable here

                                I tried Testbed2.

It is fixed the viewer shifted left.
It is remain the viewer shifted down. It seems to be not by shift but size.

And noticed it is fixed overlapped part hidden.

                                Regards.
