i am making a pilot of my tv show (15 min with cartoon and video (from digibeta) using an AVID. when i make the DVD, i want it to play in any region and on any player (why is it if you buy a dvd movie, all dvd players attached to TV’s can play that movie?)
and, how do i keep the quality super good? the show is short, so i think it needs no or little compression... ?
