dvd lab chapter menu problemo

made a dvd with dvd lab. has a menu with chapter menu too. but when i click on a chapter....any chapter....the movie starts from the begining I followed the quick tutorial thingy. wot am i doin wrong?

even when u play the movie normally and try to skip to the next chapter....it dont work. BUt when u put the dvd in it tells u thats theres 11 chapters....but they aint available.
