    Help with DVD subtitles.

I have created a PAL DVD from a NTSC one. I have kept the 5.1 sound but have lost the subtitles.

I haven't got into DVD subtitle authoring before. What program can I use to extract the subtitles, convert the frames per second, then get Ifoedit's multiplexer to read it.

    Thanks

Have you looked into "VOBSub" - but I believe it only works with AVIs?

I have and is I couldn't get it to work.

I have managed to extract the subtitles as a SUP file. I used my DVD2DVD-R program to demultiplex the DVD and cancelled when it got to encoding.

I can now multiplex the SUP file but, it won't be at the right frames per second. It needs to be changed to 25fps first.

I have just found a program that can extract the subtitles to sup and sub format. It is the Ifo Mode of Rejig.

I still need to change the speed of the subtitles and end up with a SUP file.
