add sub and keep the menu, how to do that?...

i have a dvdr movie, and i want to add it subtitles in my languages, and to keep the menu!
i know how to do it, but without the manu.
can someone help me with that?
add sub without deleting the menu...

Does the DVD have subs already? - And u want to change them to another language? or does it not includes subtitles at all?

in the first case u should use "IfoEdit"

in the second case, i really don't know, i have the same problem
