Expert needed and fast!!

Hi all, I'm new on the forum, not so new to digital video.

I'm investigating the following problem and frankly I'm becoming
desperate:

I use Nero6 to burn DVD's.
ANY DVD cinema movie I run through DVDshrink burns fine and
plays FINE on any PC or standalone.

Problem happens with my own material.
I capture VHS to uncompressed AVI.
Use TMPGEnc DVD wizard to create DVD compatible MPEG2 and audio files.
TMDGEnc DVD Author to create the VOBs e.t.c
Burn video_TS, audio_TS folders with Nero.

during the whole proccess there are NO errors at all.
The DVD's run perfect on my computer start to end.

On ANY other computer so far the DVD starts staggering after about 20 minutes untill it completely hangs.

I have no clue to what's causing this.

Questions:
1. The wizard should create DVD compatible data...right?
( Especially if I don't tamper with any default settings )

2. If my burner if bad why do cinema movies work fine?
3. Media? I've tried several disks from two different manufacturers
4. Why problem occurs at same point allways?

Well, not EXACTLY the same point. By some it's 21min by others
23.whatever min.

( It reminds me of cases when bitrate may be too high
but on the other hand I try them on powerfull machines
and furthermore it shouldn't take 20min untill it "chokes". )

If anyone has an idea...More than wellcome to help me out!!

Does your creation run on your standalone?
If yes, I'd say it's down to your media not being good with the other computers

How many computers have you tried?

You say Media...
Even with 2 different makes? also tried -R, +R on both.

ANY - computer, Haven't tried dozens.
Figured 5-6 machines is a good enough indication.
