help please - upside down in encore!!

I've just installed Adobe Encore on to Win XP Pro. Made a movie fine. Imported it in from an Mpeg2, previewed fine. Burnt the disc... absolutely fine!..... and then played it back..... Menu absolutely fine but the video is back to front and upside down! ie its flipped on both x and y axis! Why so????? It also plays with a disp[layed timecode on it which i dont want!

Can anyone suggest anything at all?? Many thanks! Matthew

1) Does it playback upside down in a standalone DVD palyer, or only on your PC?

2) Are you using a PURCHASED version of Encore or (what it sounds like) a "warez" version?

it plays back upside down and back to front on both pc and dvd player! Its a demo version of it. I installed it on another pc too without any problems at all. The timecode I may be able to explain but I dont know how to deactivate it. I have it on everything that uses windows media player on this pc. I (think) i possibly turned timecode in win media player but cant remember how!
