Thanks everyone for their help but seems I am stuck to doing this manually after all lol
Guess maybe I should throw away my PC toys and go back to colouring crayons and books LOL

It's "crap" because the original file was recorded at 12.5fps - One-half the standard PAL rate!
You can get away with that on an .AVI, but that's about it.
