Scenarist book or Tutorial?

I'm looking for recommendations of a book, turorial or training course in how to use Scenarist to author DVDs.

Scenarist is hard to use.it is pretty complicated to create chapter pionts & menus.Which version do you have? I have Scenarist NT.
