how to create a menu

i have a movie that plays straight into the movie, for some reason my ps2 doesnt support that, how do i just create a menu or somethin so i can let the ps2 boot into the movie then play it, there are no extras on the dvd, i just wanna be able to play the movie.

Author it with a program that makes menus.

wat do u suguest? the movie is already made, the files are in the .vob format
