dvd xcopy

I had to reload my hard drive and can no longer access dvd xcopy.
When I renter my id and password i get an error and it says to
contact tech support. Thjey do not exist. Can anybody tell me how to get past this.

Give up the ghost - and switch to either the excellent FREEWARE DVDShrink or the commercial product DVD95Copy, or other similar...
