DVD wont work in player but will on PC

I have an avi of Team America on my computer and i used a program called VSO DivX to DVD converter to make the Video_TS files then tried with both nero and DVD shrink to burn it. The Burnt DVD will play on the computer but not in my stand alone DVD player. Any Suggestions as to what im doing wrong or a different program i should use to convert the files?

The DVD plays on a different player but for some reason not mine. The player is capable of playing DVDRs ive done it before but its been so long i for got how
