How to make dvd video from vob file?

Can someone point me to a post or link that will tell me how or what software to use to make a video dvd from a single ts_.vob file. The original ts_.ifo files are lost. Of course I can play the file with my pc but I need to make a dvd that will play in a standalone dvd player. I have Nero and Shrink but when I create a dvd video in Nero it says files are missing which is correct since I don't have the .ifo files to go with the .vob file. I hope this is the correct place to post this question..

d/l Ifoedit (free)
open ifoedit and clivk on "create ifos"
load your vob
for a step by step guide check the guides here or at ifoedit.com

Don't forget to manually insert your languages. This can be done anytime before burning.

I would also pop the resultant DVD files through PgcEdit, to do a rudimentary check on the DVD.
