    Ok, new question then...

Is there any authoring software that will let me import DV2, or MP2 files?
Nobody has responded to my previous question, and I swear it was no BS. (I still have the DVD+RW that I burned, just in case it might help) I have been trying all the demo's I can find to see if they import any of ther above.

If formal authoring software (e.g. DVDWise, Prassi, etc.) won't allow this (although, if I remember correctly, DVDWise will accept such input), you can always use TMPGEnc's MPEGTools to multiplex such files into a .VOB or .MPG MPEG2 format files.

Very Interesting, at the time I installed MYDVD, I also installed DVDit, and a couple of other progs. Maybe the mixture of progs allowed myDVD to import the VOB files. If I can figure this out it sure will speed up the copy process, plus shrink the space requirements of movies.
If anybody else is trying this, or has had any good results please let me know, lets try to pool our resources. I will keep everyone posted if I get this to work again.
