you don't mention what software you are using, but i'll assume dvd shrink. it's simply a matter of "checking" which subpicture streams you want to add...

Did you do a full backup or re-author the dvd ? If you did a full backup you can turn the subtitles off or on with your remote. If you re-authored the dvd you will have to do as columbo stated.Comment
