Unfinalized Set-Top DVD Recorder Disc

I got a Set-Top DVD Recrorder DVD-RW From a friend,
but when i inserted it to my Computer It told me the disc is empty.
I started Nero and when i entered the "DISC INFO" Dialog,
i saw that the disc if full but the data track is not finalised.
is there any way I can finalize the disc?
I do have a DVD-RW burner installed in my computer.

You could try using DVD Decrypter - It has a "finalize track" function as well as a "finalize disc" function...
