Converting With PAL to NTSC with Menu intact!!

Ok, I know how to convert the raw video data to NTSC, but now i have a problem.. I downloaded a DVD Video_TS Folder, with the menu files and everything.. Well, i would like to convert this to NTSC, but still retain the menu.. When i load the folder into say, Tmpgenc DVD Author, it only loads the titles and chapters, but doesn't retain the menu.. I need the menu, is there a way the I can convert this to NTSC and also have the same menu that came with the original PAL/VOB files?

if you have all the original files use Ifoedit to changd the video info in the IFO file from pal to ntsc. Ifoedit website has guides that you can adapt to this
