Replace old subtitles with new ones

Hi
I have some dvd movies on my hard drive and im wondering how i can add or replace the old subtitles with new ones(else languages),i want to burn them for my moovie collection but with languages that i understand..I know it is posible but i dont know how.Anyone is so kind to share with me this info?Thanks in advance.

One more question i have.When i demux the files i need to demux every vob file one by one?

You can demux the VTS's as 1.

Using a demuxer like PGCDemux (find it at the VobBlanker site in my signature), you can just select the titles domain, the title you want to demux and then select "subtitles" as what you want to demux. This will demux the whole title and you don't need to go through the VOBs one by one.
