VobBlanker Buttons not showing or disappearing

For those like me that run VobBlanker in 800x600 mode jsoto said the next version is resized to be ok with 800x600. He also mentioned that for buttons that disappeared (not the bottom Abort, Process and Quit) he has a beta out available here

A) Buttons disappearing?. (not the ones at the bottom, the other ones) If yes, did the beta (working with a shared dll) work for you?

B) VobBlanker main dialog size? . Solved in next version: I've reduced the size, just to fit in 800x600.

I haven't tested it yet but did it work for you in seeing your buttons now?

@2cool - no the beta is for another problem with other buttons that were disappearing (I forget which) My problem was the bottom buttons not showing in 800X600. jsoto said next version takes care of it. I tried the beta and still no show in 8x6 for the bottom buttons

Do you have any visual themes running?

@2COOL - nah, just the normal classic XP Pro SP2. It musta been a problem for others and jsoto is aware and is doing changes.

I heard again from jsoto today. The next version will just fill an 800 x 600 screen. He's away for the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, for those with this problem, use the menus (as jm1647 suggested)...File --->Execute.

The link for the beta I posted below is for VobBlanker_2002b9_exe.zip I don't know if it is the latest beta. It has a file date 2 days before the released version of 2.0.0.2 when he stated try the beta it was the only one I could find. Is there a newer beta available?

I was gonna post this info where the button question popped up but I didn't wanna interrupt Fallen Angel and BamaHusker.

blutach / Les I understand about the posting. Thanks, I got it and tried it, same no show for the bottom buttons in 800x600. Probably the next version will do it as jsoto said.

That's too bad John. Jsoto is very aware of the issue and will definitely fix it. In the meantime, run 1024 x 768 and you should be OK.
