Locking Up

I have done several DVD-R's, but find that they tend to stop and jump, or lock up, Is there another software that will check the VTS sectors andcorrect them apart from IFOEdit, as I am sure this is the problem.

This is not a problem of wrong sectors or IfoEdit, it's a problem of the used brand of media.

This usually happens on all cheap DVD-R media, they are about 3$.
