a problem with Ulead VideoStudio 7 SE Basic

hello everybody,
i have a digital camera that supports dv. i transfered a movie from the camera to the computer through a firewire card.
i edited the movie using Ulead VideoStudio 7 SE Basic and when i wnated to save the new movie i went to options there i didn't have the option-"pal dvd"
but just those options:
pal vcd
ntsc vcd
mpeg 1

It's probably a limitation of the "special edition" version of VS you have. This software often comes as a freebie with hardware purchases but is not fully functional. Suggest you check whatever documentation (readme files etc) came with the package to see if it's crippled.
