How would I apply subtitles to an ISO? Would I burn it then re-author it with DVD Shrink? Thanks for any help.

ISOs are read only. You will need to mount the ISO with Daemon Tools and then copy the files from the virtual drive to your hard drive, after which you can use your favourite subbie prog to add subbies (I like Subtitle Creator).
