I have a clip in mp2, 720X480. Cut it with Shrink, converted the files to the MP2 file. It plays fine as is when trying to load it into Author, but I want to convert the format to 352X480 so that it will be compatible with a number of other files I"m authoring. For some reason, when I load it into TMPEG Xpress and play it, it appears to be dropping frames....the clip starts off too slow, there are clicks and jerks. I'm really a newbie at this, so I'm not sure what to do next. Rick
