I have captured and burnt my own personal film footage onto DVD. I'd like to now edit the footage and create/amend the menu. I have 2 questions regarding this:
1. What software can I use to author/edit the VOB files and then re-save them to be burnt back to a DVD disk?
2. Is there software that allows you to create/amend DVD menus?
I was led to believe that Adobe Premier 6.0 could do both of the above, but having asked the question on another forum, nobody seems too sure. Some people have also told me you cannot edit VOB files, but that you first need to convert them to avi or mpeg. If this is true, wouldn't you lose quality during the conversion process?
Any help/advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.
