a bit mixed up
Blu,
I've tried a few things after referring to numerous forums..still have questions...
Have a double sided disc and have ripped (using DVD decrypter) both sides into a single folder and have 2 VOB and 2 IFOs....
The Objective is to convert them into ONE AVI file that I can view on a portable device...
Tried merging them with VOBMerge...it works but the output is not tooo great...

- Questions are...Is it better to merge the 2 avi files into one than merging Vobs
- Would like to use your method but (naive question maybe) I seem to start, run and then cant get the copy prompt to get working....im on XP pro...what am i doing wrong??
- I read on another post somewhere that renaming the second vob to sequentially progress the first i.e my first VOB is vts_1_01.vob and the second is vts_2_01.vob...by simply renaming the second as vts_1_02.vob and using the IFO from the first would make it work...IYO will this work???
