Could someone please help me with dvd r discs.

I'd like to know where to get the best unbranded discs at quite cheap prices, I recently recieved some silver dvd r with films on and they play superbly on my dvd player yet the branded princos I am using wont work on my dvd player when I do a copy (they work on my pc drive and so have previous films). So could someone please tell me where to find these discs, any help is appreciated.

    Lo,

Having just got a burner i brought some cheap old £1.69 disks from a local company called Refresh near Portsmouth. They work fine in my Pioneer 104, Pioneer dvdrom and JVC standalone.

www.refreshcomputers.com i think. Top prices on all hardware, including the 104 at just £300

Since I'm on the other side of the pond

this probably won't help much, but I used US Digital Media.........good quality blanks, shipped very quickly, and ordered in quantities of 25+ I got a price of $2.29 US.......If you want the Phone Number or Web Address Drop me an E-Mail

I have had good luck with these. I'd buy one, and see if it works before buying a spindle.

I do not recommend DVD PRO I've had problems with 2 out of 3. Try Meritline instead, it is not much more expensive and better.

FWS Media make their own DVD-R's at £1.50 each (10 disk minimum) and they work fine on my 104(A04) and LF-D310 (Vivastar RS-311).

If your e-mail them your address they will send you a free one
