Problem - I extract audio to wav format, then Normalize it, play it back and check for sound issues. I then save the wave file and run BeLight with latest Besweet version. I think convert the wave file to AC3 using the preset of AC3 483 (its in the 400's anyways). Then I mux the Ac3 in with the M2V file. Once I go and playback the video at the VERY start of it there is a LOUD POP/CLICK type sound.
So I go back and demux to wave and examine the file in Cool Edit and see that there is a +8 DB spike inserted at the begining of the audio now.
Is there something about Besweet's wave to ac3 conversion that is inserting this sound at the start of the file that anyone can think of?
It would be no fun to author a DVD that everytime the next music video loads it starts with a loud POP that can blow out a persons speakers.
Thanks
