I have missed something because in blutach's guide it states pressing save after the burn setup will bring up main burn screen it doesn't.I tried restore back-up but the PgcEdit folder is still in with my original.Does that folder have anything from my original that would hurt if I moved it for now and started again? On the scan for vob's it finds none does that matter? Thanks for sticking with me on this one.I might go back through Shrink because I still have the two files I made one and redo.
If you can't find a cell to place the LB, it means you have to split a cell. This can be harrowing as drfsupercentre found out. Or you could use DVD Remake Pro.

All comes back to same problem can't find suitable cell for layer break.I am going to go through Shrink again and start from scratch see if I can't beat this thing.I guess we were all doing this at the same time.I think that is way out of my league blutach but thanks anyway.I finally worked up to doing this and I think it got messed up right at the start when it couldn't find the path to ImgTool.Things just went downhill from there. You're guide by the way is very easy to follow but I think I need one that starts just before this one that tells you what to expect when you load your file.Merry christmas.
First disc is 6.65GB second disc is 3.14GB.Down to 52% to fit on single layer.Pretty grim don't you think?Ends up as one through Shrink 7.93GB.Disc 1 auto compression but preferences set at 9 disc 2 auto compression preferences custom 4460 Combined auto compression.Anyway I have taken enough of your guys time on this nwg you were great and blutach thank you.
I am not looking for anymore help on this one you guys already went above and beyond and I appreciate it but you know what even although it didn't work out going through from scratch right up until it couldn't find a suitable cell again I learned the process. Thanks to you jmet, blutach and especially nwg and you never know the next one might work.I eventually put both on individual Dvd 5's with DvdD/MenuShrink/Dvd Shrink and DvdD.This was something I had to try didn't work out but so what on to the next one.
blutach you are a ruddy genius.Put another dual layer on the barby this one is cooked and good to go.I gotta tell you though I was worried when it was done.I put it in my panasonic standalone wouldn't play so I tried my daughters $40 Magnasonic started to play no problem.Put it back in my Panasonic started to play and then froze when I went to skip forward. So I played it again then skipped through to the extras won't play after the first extra feature.Anyway all that doesn't matter the process worked and that's what counts.First disc 4600 second disc 3000.Whew thanks again jmet but especially nwg & blutach.I just had to add this on.My first try at dual layer a little while I "thought" that I had created a coaster well I just played it in the Magnasonic and guess what no problem at all.Any suggestions out there on a decent dvd player.I thought I had a good one but was I wrong!!!
It was thanks to you guys and your assistance that I even gave it that last shot.I have to admit it felt real good when I saw that layer page come up.Thank you.
I promise this is the last word. After all your help I could not leave it on a negative so (call me crazy) I went back at it.I kept thinking you can't blame your equipment it has to be me.Drum roll please thank you my first totally perfect dual layer dvd back-up and it was all thanks to the help I got in this post so "thank you" "thank you" "thank you".
