Clear up videos

I have just recently put some of my old vhs tapes on my ocmputer and the quality isn't clear. I was sondering if there is a way (a program) to clean up the video so it looks more clear. The video is quite blurry and fuzzy. Thanx

You will have to use avisynth filters for it, some of it can even remove scratch and grains from old videos and are meant for them.
