The multiple cuts is wonderful jsoto - I'm sure all those people who like to cut stuff out will love this feature.
One thing - do you think it might be useful for VobBlanker to offer to find the first closed GOP nearest the start/end cut points (either back or forward) for those people who select an Open GOP? As well, most people won't have a clue what an Open GOP is (although you explain it might not be properly decoded).
What do you think?

I really think I should change the warning to a note...
The most of the players decode properly a broken GOP, so you can do the cut in an open GOP, because VobBlanker will mark it as a broken one.
Only if you have a settop that does not manage the broken GOPs in the right way you'll see a couple of frames pixelated at the beginning of the cut.

Yeah - good idea. I wouldn't even say anything. At the very very worst, a couple of B frames might go astray. People won't even notice it.

2.1.1 beta3 (a couple of bugfixes, but, sorry, I forgot to change the warning...in next one)
changelog versus beta 2- BugFix: Copying Audio Attributes when replacing did not work in some cases.
- BugFix: Abort button in cells dialog did not move when resizing.

Beta 8... Not too much different from beta 3-4, but some betas gone away trying to find a non easy bug
Get 2.1.1 beta8 here
changelog versus beta 3- Added: Error checking in writting process (if disk full, i.e.). Also added a check on the available/required disk space before start processing.
- Added: I'm done audio alarm using two wav files: DoneOK.wav and DoneKO.wav.
- Changed: VobBlanker now skips the pack instead of abort when find a wrong pack in replacing PGC/Cells.
- BugFix: ILV material was not well reported in PGC list and Cell list
- BugFix: Decoding the subs (to get their duration) failed in some cases, and an additional bug decoding wrong sub commands caused VobBlanker to hang in an infinite loop
