Reel DVD & Pioneer A04

I've just purchased Reel DVD along with the Pioneer A04. After completing menu construction and testing I'm trying to Burn and Simulate. No matter what I do I get the same error message. "Error Illegal request error. (05,26,00)
Error Disc Image could not be output to device." Have tried about all I know to do! I have tested and used the burner with Sonics My DVD and it does work well?

Any answers you may have would be great!

I'm running XP on a P3 system, Dell 933 B series with 512 megs RD Ram.

Pioneer has posted a new firmware for the A04(104) version 1.20 (original is 1.10) which is said to solve some burning probs with certain apps.

They also have a good FAQ on probs like this. I found the Japan site best (does english).
