PcgEdit?

Sorry if i'm in the wrong space here. Didn't know where to put this, kind of stressed right now..lol
Ok, all I want to know is how do I restore my back up in pcgEdit. This is my first time trying to use the program for "fog". Followed everything in the wizard and numerous other things but just want my files back..lol
Because when loaded in shrink the movie is 30 minutes ..lol..The whole file is 2.83 so something didn't go right.
Anyway in pcgedit there are 3 or 4 backups of this movie and I can't seem to figure how to restore back..please help ty in advance

I already gave my brother that one back, so I can't start over,and just for the record in my case anyway, I did everything in that wizard ,step for step. but my problem was when cleaning it either in pcgedit or just fixts alone it deleted the main movie. so when I loaded in shrink it was only 2.83g and the movie was only 30 mins so I previewed it and the main movie was not even there. Glad I didn't care for the movie too much anyways..lol
