DVD Copy Hangs up in Player

I'm using DVD Shrink 3.2 with DVD Decrypter and burning DVD on 2-layered disks. The burn goes fine but when I playback the copy on my DVD player it locks up midway through the movie not allowing me to use any function on the remote and I need to eject the disk from the tray. The original plays problem free. This happens every time.
My ex-burner was a singel-layer and then had problems with the copy playback jumping ahead minutes into the movie.
    Any fix???

I havent bought a new spindle of dvd's in a long while.. but i would suggest getting Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden... some of the best.. i got lucky and out of 200 -R's i only had like 2 maybe 3 coasters, got some TDK's from Target a while back. i havent used a DL disc yet so i wouldnt be able to relate... but i would still suggest using Verbatim or TY for DL discs too. ive recently seen some posts on cheap Verbatims somewhere.. you can do a search for it...

        Edit: https://<a href="http://forum.digita...k this out</a>

Thanks, I'll try the Verbatim DL.
BTW, those copied disks worked well in my Polaroid portable player but not the Philips player.
