Fix number of streams

I'm getting a message when using PgcEdit 6.3.1:

Warning: There are 10 discrepancies in some VMGM/VTSI_MAT tables.
Do you want to run the "Fix number of streams" macro to fix them?

and it walks me thru each discrepancy:

Verify Number of Streams (In Whole DVD)

There is one subpic stream defined for the Menu domain in the VTSI_MAT table of the VTST 1 -> (etc to 11)
This subpic stream is not really used by the PGCs.

Fix the number of subpic streams in VTSI_MAT to 0?

Should I answer yes to all of these? What is happening here?

Answer yes to all. It's a tiny little authoring thing whereby some audio streams are defined but not really used. So PgcEdit offers to fix it automatically for you. Answering yes (or no) will do no harm but "yes" tidies things up a bit.
